Overview

VMware’s physical security operations relied on manual processes - paper logs, verbal updates, and fragmented communication - limiting efficiency, visibility, and accountability.

The opportunity was to modernise these workflows through a connected digital system supporting the three core operational roles: guards, supervisors, and managers across global campuses.

Hero MotoCorp’s Mavrick 440, a new addition to their premium segment, needed a dynamic digital presence to complement its launch.


The project focused on designing a responsive website that spanned the entire launch journey-from building anticipation pre-launch to showcasing the bike and driving engagement post-launch.

Scope

Design an integrated digital platform to streamline security operations, improve reporting accuracy, and enable real-time coordination across roles and sites.

My Role

I co-led the initiative from discovery through launch, defining functionality and driving end-to-end experience design across guard, supervisor, and manager applications.

Informed by field research, the platform was designed around the realities of guards, supervisors, and managers - from patrol logging to live oversight and staffing control. Each interface prioritised clarity, speed, and contextual relevance, enabling more reliable reporting and better-informed decisions in high-pressure environments.
